As part of the Health and Social Sciences (HSS) Cluster under the Academic Programme Administration Division, you will provide administrative support in the following areas:

• Plan, manage, and execute academic operations for all HSS degree programmes, focusing on continual and practical assessments.
• Oversee exam administration, including distributing and collecting exam materials.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to maintain exam integrity and fairness.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to Clinical Practice Education.
• Support programme-level events such as workshops, meetings, and dialogue sessions.
• Handle additional functional duties or divisional tasks as assigned.

• Check Credit Compliance in accordance to Bank's Credit Policy and internal Policies

Requirements

• At least 2 years of operations experience in company credit & loan operations
• Possess relevant experience in credit control - credit compliance review per credit policy, security documentation and perfection
• Review legal guidelines, legal conveyancing, facility limit management and collateral processing
• Must be responsible, committed and diligent; Be a good team player with integrity
• Able to work under pressure especially when deadlines are tight or when there is increased volume
• Works fast and in a meticulous manner
• Strong in PC skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
