assist the general manager in all aspects of the business, including managing

daily operations, scheduling, inventory control, with particular emphasis on

promoting sales of the products (fitness classes, clothing, accessories), as well as

making sure clients have a topnotch seamless experience

● collaborate with the general manager to develop and implement strategies to

increase revenue and profitability, achievement of sales targets as discussed and

set by the company; organizing promotional events to launch products or classes

● Plan, develop, implement, and manage strategies of studios’ social media

account

● Create and manage a social media content calendar

● ensure a clean and safe studio environment, maintaining expected housekeeping

standards

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare payment vouchers and cheques.

- Enter inventory transactions.

- Handle sub-ledgers’ functions.

- Maintain detailed, perpetual inventory records and produce periodic reports.

- Handle other accounting matters such as verifying creditor’s statements etc.

- Handle banking transactions.

- Upkeep subsidiaries’ accounting transactions. Check and match DO, PO, GIR to suppliers’ invoice.

- Liaise closely with purchasing staff and store staff on suppliers’ documents.

- Filing of accounting documents.

- Project labour cost.

- Maintain good housekeeping in the accounts department.

- Assist the Manager / Executive in the closing of accounts / Auditing

- Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

- Nitec / Diploma in Accounting or equivalen

- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to start work immediate

Responsibilities:

• To perform audit work and document all the workdone of companies in different industries.
• To prepare the financial statement

Requirements:

• Must possess a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• experience acquired in audit firms for at least one year is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of AP and AR and ensure that company policies and accounting standards is in compliance.
• Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from operations.
• Liaise with creditors and debtors when required.
• Update and maintain audit schedules on timely basis.
• Perform accounts reconciliations and assist in monthly closing of accounts.
• Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma and above.
• Must be able to work independently and within stipulated deadlines.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive and able to work as team.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.
• Preferably Singaporean or PR.
