Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Preferably proficiency in Oracle Netsuite
• Proficient in MS Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timeline.

• Assist to register patients under the different category of private, Chas, Medisave or insurance patients
• Assist the doctors in procedures like ECG, surgical procedures and health examination
• Assist to pack medications according to what was dispensed and explain to patients how to take their medications
• Assist to collect payment or submit claims for chas/medisave/insurance patients
• Assist to perform swab test for patients with flu like symptoms (Will be trained on the Swab technique and procedures)
• Assist to update Patient Risk Profile Portal (PRPP) and print out request form for sending of swab samples
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
• Clean, organize and replenish items such as alcohol swabs, plaster, syringes, gloves, etc. in doctor's room. Ensure equipment are working properly.
• Able to check and reply to emails promptly.
• Assist in administrative work like keying of invoices, checking of mailboxes, claims
• House-keeping to ensure clinic is neat and tidy. Replenish items when running low.
• Secondary duties include aiding the clinics’ marketing/ advertising/ communication campaigns or projects
• Any other duties and conduct that are reasonably expected of a clinic assistant in a medical clinic

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing used and dirty kegs return from outlets for manual physical exterior cleaning and loading kegs onto in house keg washer for internal keg washing (programmed)
• Assisting in General Area-cleaning. Upkeep and cleaning of Brewery floors, walls and tank vessels/pipings.
• Assisting in various duties in the fermentation cellars such as recording, weighing of chemicals, physical lifting.

Requirements:

1. This position requires the ideal candidate to be physically fit and is able repeatedly lift 6 kg beer kegs-loading them on the keg easher and unloading them after onto pallets.
2. Able to work in a warm environment for extended hours.
3. Attention to details and ability to follow precise instructions.

• Provide assistance to residents and visitors and attends to their enquiries and feedback.
• Provide issue resolution to residents’ feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Answer phone calls and email correspondences from residents, authorized representatives, and contractors.
• Log all calls received promptly and accurately.
• Assist residents in facilities booking (e.g. function room and BBQ booking) and use of other leisure facilities (e.g. gym, steam room, swimming pool)
• Assist residents in various applications like house moving, vehicle registration, access card, access tags, etc.
• Prepare welcome package for new residents and brief them with house rules and by laws.
