Job scope:

• Receiving of goods and tallying of goods with paperwork
• Ability to learn and print labels for each pallet or goods received.
• Identify if it is frozen, chilled, or dry and to work with the team to help them put away.
• Other roles including picking and packing [ labels] for export and for domestic distribution by route.
• To support the preparation of materials request from production and to prepare in advance, [ if thawing is required] and to plan for the movement of these raw materials to production.
• To receive goods from production and to place them to the appropriate warehouse storage environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support the director in managing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director

Project Coordination:

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring key projects.
• Research and compile information for presentations and reports.
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between director and teams across the organization.

Office Management and Administrative:

• Assist in ad-hoc arranging and transfer payment to company suppliers and personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.
• Assist with ad-hoc office-related administrative tasks to support Director when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (1+ years preferred).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Assistant General Manager (Corporate Development & M&A). This role involves enforcing the group’s global policies, procedures, and guidelines concerning dangerous goods, ensuring compliance with international and statutory requirements while driving business development in this critical area. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate management within the container shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

· Work closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential M&A opportunities that align with the company’s growth and strategic objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify possibilities, potential challenges and roadblocks, and alternative solutions.

Due Diligence & Deal Evaluation:

· Lead and coordinate the due diligence process, ensuring comprehensive analysis of financial, operational, legal, and strategic aspects of target setups / entities.

· Coordinate with Finance team on financial modelling and valuation of potential acquisitions, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), precedent transactions, and other valuation methodologies.

· Identify and assess key risks and opportunities associated with each potential deal.

Negotiation & Structuring:

· Lead or support negotiations with owners / shareholders of target companies, to structure favorable terms and pricing.

· Develop term sheets, Letters of Intent (LOI), and other key transaction documents.
