TSMP is looking for a dynamic, savvy, and go-getting individual as a Personal Assistant to a Partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Personal Assistant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-

1. diary management
2. travel planning and logistics
3. maintaining momentum for business development and networking (including staying updated on developments in the business world and on relevant corporate leaders)
4. event organisation
5. supporting the Partner on management matters
6. supporting the Partner’s community and volunteering work

REQUIREMENTS

1. Prior experience in communications, public relations, or as a Personal Assistant will be useful, but not necessary
2. Excellent command of written and spoken English
3. Good interpersonal skills; dynamic and strong team player
4. Enjoys dealing with many people
5. Ability to perform well independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
6. Good organizational skills
7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Carries Out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.;

· Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms;

· Organizes travel arrangements for managers;

· Takes accurate minutes of meetings;

· Replies to email, telephone or face to face enquiries;

· To be in-charge of receiving, sorting and distributing the mail to support administrative and secretary work

· Oversees and supervises the work of junior staff & coordinates with them;

· Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-year experience;

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

· Strong organizational and planning skills;

· Proficient in MS Office

The Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant reports to the Accountant to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks. He/She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes. He/She assists with the preparation of trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements. He/She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing when necessary.

- Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system.

- Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals. Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.

- Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.

- Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

- Perform month-end closing activities.

- Process payroll transactions into the organisations accounting system.

Record and process all business transactions within the organisations accounting system using principles of double-entry accounting.

- Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.

- Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.

- Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for managements use.

- Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.
