• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by regularly wiping down surfaces and ensuring that all areas are free from waste and clutter.
• Ensure that ingredients are stored properly, following food safety guidelines and maintaining proper labeling.
• Support the chefs and kitchen staff during service by preparing garnishes, plating, and assisting with basic cooking tasks.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
• Help with dishwashing duties and ensure that kitchen tools and equipment are clean and ready for use.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support the kitchen team in any other tasks as needed, including restocking ingredients and organizing supplies.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with the team.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred, but not required.
• Happy to go the extra mile to make someone's day.
• Positive attitude, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes initiative and ownership of your responsibility.
• Candidates with Food Safety Certification is a plus.
