Contract Period: From 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2026.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 12.30pm to 6.30pm (no lunch break included)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Work:
Running of errands
1. Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.
Data entry
2. Recording late coming of students.
3. Recording loan of uniforms to students
Updating of daily staff absence data
4. Record the daily student report sick data in the log books
Receiving and registering documents
5. Receive and register documents in the front office.
Sorting and storing of files
6. Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.
Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. Preferably GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
2. Should have at least 3 years of experience as receptionist
3. Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage
4. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
5. Ability to use basic Internet sites i.e. Gmail, WhatsApp Web, etc.
6. English (Written & Spoken) and with one mother tongue language (e.g. Malay, Mandarin, Tamil)
7. Able to communicate with students, aged 13 to 17 years old age group
