Job Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Project Director.
• Responsible for the successful completion of projects specializing in lighting deliverables.
• Ensures all paperwork and material submissions are, verified, professionally presented, and submitted on time
• Requires strong coordination and effective people management skills.
• Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, with Consultants, Architects, Designers, Electrical contractors, End-users, Relevant authorities, and Suppliers.
• Manages the project in relation to:

1. Contractual obligations
2. Budgets
3. Internal resources

• Leads the company's technical project team.
• Provides technical support to the project sales team.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with new challenges.
• Capable of timely and cost-effective problem-solving.
• Engages in straightforward leadership and management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in project lighting, electrical engineering, lighting systems integration, or local construction fields.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Effective team player.
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus.
• Experience in understanding AutoCAD drawings.Familiarity with Dialux and Relux lighting software is preferred.

Expectations of an Assistant Finance Manager

• Perform monthly, quarterly, annual financial close with high accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure that all management reports submitted within deadline. Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to be carried out with insightful analysis and developing process to ensure quality reporting variances to be fully explained
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring that the numbers are reliable, stable and accurate.
• Strong partnership with the commercial finance team on the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis.
• Working with internal and external auditors, ensuring policies compliance in place.
• Manage internal reporting requirements on various basis.
• Involved in developing process improvements and system implementation/migration

• Meticulous handling of clinical specimens.
• Perform specimen registration accurately and timely into the Laboratory Information System.
• Understand clinical and test terminologies.
• Adhere to procedures in specimen management, including centrifugation, storage, retrieval and disposal.
• Possess good time-management skills.
• May be rotated to other lab locations or shifts, as necessary.
• Attend to incoming calls and general enquiries from clients in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by extending responsive and meticulous support.
• Attend to clients queries and problems diligently and timely.
• Ensures the discharge of duties and responsibilities with diligence.
• Observes PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines and chain of custody of specimens.
