In the context of PE teachers, the subject of PE is underpinned by a high level of variability and dynamism of the teaching environment as well as interaction among students and the PE teacher (e.g., physical classroom, CCA, outdoor education, values-based education). Unlike other subjects, the teaching and learning situation can transit quite quickly and there is greater uncertainty on the emergence of students’ learning behaviours as they interact with the learning task and environment.

Job responsibitlies

· 1. Manage full sets of accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations.

· 2. Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management.

· 3. Prepare and review closing journals for responsible entities.

· 4. Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

· 5. Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)

· 6. Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support the Client’s financial activities.

· 7. Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines

· 8. Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.

· 9. Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.

· 10. Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

· 11. Prepare or review payments for staff claims and vendor invoices.

· 12. Prepare and check bank reconciliations and intercompany postings

· 13. Prepare monthly/ quarterly GST/ VAT reports for filing

· 14. Assist in annual budget process

· 15. Ad hoc duties as assigned.

· Requirements

· Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or an equivalent professional certification

· At least 3 -5 years of financial or accountant experience

· Meticulous and able to meet deadlines

· Proficiency with financial software, MS Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform system data entries and related functions for customers and ”Internal Warehouse Management System” (iWMS)
• Coordinate with customers and internally for Operation and inventory-related matters
• Ensure all paperwork, system, and filing is completed on time and accurately
• Plan and follow up on Orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records
• Generate accurate billing invoices, inventory reports, and related reports as per the required deadline
• Attend to customer inquiries and ensure all requests and issues are resolved
• Any other duties assigned

• § Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• § Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; packing toys; placing orders in delivery area
• § Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
• § Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
• § Pick and pack for online orders
• § Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, Sweep, dust and mop. Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
