Job Description:

• Managing data entry and agents claims.
• Perform office administrative works and support the team.
• Perform filing and sorting of documents.
• Assist in Inventory Management & Purchase Orders.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of administrative works experience is preferred
• Able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the group
• Handling of queries and conducting centre visits to potential prospective leads
• Input data on ECDA website (E.g. register for Teacher’s LON)
• Put up claims or expenses for the centre
• Prepare simple financial and centre reports (E.g. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report, etc)
• Liaise with parents
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in any administrative or accounting role, preferably in Preschool Environment
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable to learn new systems and technologies
• Able to multitask and work within the deadline
• Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable liaising with parents through various communication platforms
• Able to work independently
• A good team player

Responsibilities:

· Receiving and verifying invoices from customers

· Matching AR invoice against AP invoice

· Coding and entering corresponding supplier invoices into the accounting system

· Reconciling customers’ SOA and resolving discrepancies against Trading system

· Opening letter of credit to overseas suppliers

· Reconciling accounts payable aging report in Trading system against accounting system

· Communicating with Trading team regarding payment status and disputes

· Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities

· Involve in stock count preparation

· Prepare audit schedule

· Any other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/ Min GCE N/O levels with Accounting Cert
• Able to work independently and prioritise daily work tasks
• High level of accuracy
• Good communication skill
• Team player, willing to learn and a can-do attitude
