Financial Closing of Singapore Life Ltd and Singapore Life Holdings Pte Ltd

•In charge and ensure timely and accuracy in the financial closing of Singapore Life Ltd and Singapore Life Holdings Pte Ltd by reviewing the investment entries prepared by outsourced fund service provider, month end investment accruals and other manual investment entries prepared by Analyst/Associate. The role supports the Head of Corporate Development across various functions, including strategic planning, project management, research, writing, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Project Management 

• Provide full-spectrum project management support to the Head of Corporate Development, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, and smooth execution through careful planning, coordination, and monitoring
• Work with CEO's Personal Assistant to organize, prioritize and manage CEO's evolving schedule and responsibilities using judgement and discretion against organization-wide goals and deadlines

Strategy and Partnership Support

• Identify, develop, manage and optimise partnerships that drive mutual value, align with the company's strategic objectives, and foster long-term relationships with key external stakeholders

Engagement and Communications Support

• Conduct research and prepare materials, including briefings, talking points, presentations, and proposals, to support CEO's engagements with key internal and external audiences
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of materials
• Ensure effective communication within the organisation to align key stakeholders and departments
• Draft, edit, and proofread strategic communications (e.g., speeches, LinkedIn posts) for internal and external audiences, and serve as a key liaison with internal/external stakeholders
