• Establish and maintain close partnership with relevant agencies and grassroots organizations so as to achieve the vision and mission of the organization.
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure improvement works are carried out to contractual standards, provide leadership to a team in the day-to-day estate management operations and to effectively carry out the functions and duties.
• Any ad-hoc duties are assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in estate management and managing township properties.

Assistant Hygiene Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Act as a coordinator between the hotel and the FEHD.
• Lead the FSMS team, arrange the monthly meeting and chair the meeting.
• Plan and implement the FSMS program.
• Train employee in the food safety policies.
• Conduct monthly internal hygiene inspection and report writing.
• Assist in corrective actions.
• Investigate food safety incidents and submit reports to the F&B Manager, Executive Chef, Resident Manager and/or General Manager of an individual hotel.
• Ensure employees’ personal hygiene are maintained tip-top at all times.
• Record keeping. Ensure all the temperature records are filled out correctly.
• Arrange food samples for laboratory tests.
• Accompany the auditor in the external audit.
• Recruit, induct and train Food Safety Officers.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of all Offices, Kitchens and related areas.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health / Food Science / Microbiology.
• 1-2 years experience required.
• Additional professional certificates in food safety training or other OSHA will be highly desirable.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Team Player
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese orally and written form
• Ability to work independently
