· Arrange and set appointments for vehicles due for servicing and inspection

· Answering and assisting customers for breakdowns / issues of vehicles

· Daily update of servicing / repair works of vehicles

· Closing of files in the system in a timely manner when vehicles returned

· Upload of documents in the system (summons / De-reg / Consignment to TOA documentation)

· Other ad-hoc assigned by the operation manager
