Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

Exquisite communication and people skills

High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• CIP/SIP (fermenters, storage tanks, heat exchanger, brewhouse)
• Keg cleaning and filling
• Assist with brewing operations, centrifuging, transferring, dry-hopping, etc.
• Assist with beer canning as needed
• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs
• Daily maintain brewery facilities including cleaning floors
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and assisting with stock counting
• Pick stocks for delivery
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Be able to work in hot, cold, wet and loud production environment
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours
• Be able to lift 25-40kg, kneel, squat, twist, climb stairs and ladders,
• Be able to work in confined spaces and at least 1.6m tall.
• Able to speak English
• Have relevant qualification
