The Assistant Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be supporting the financial decision-making process and improving the financial growth within the organization.

Job Description:

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

• Oversee FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate data is updated and maintained
• Lead FP&A team in completing and analysing company’s financial, such as P&L Analysis, cost variance analysis and budget vs actual performance analysis
• Perform financial analysis/modelling, such as cash flow forecast, project evaluations, cost benefit calculations, and investment appraisals.

FINANCIAL PLANNING

• Using Microsoft Excel to build financial models for strategic scenario analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the identification and management of financial risks within the business.
• Support internal and external audit processes as needed.

OTHERS

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the FP&A function and work with the team to implement changes.
• Support management during ad hoc projects and other required activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or a related finance role
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to build financial models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across the organization.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Role: Sales Assistant Manager
• Location: Ubi Techpark, Singapore
• Salary Range: SGD 4,500 – 5,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Retention:

- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.

3. Negotiation & Quotation:

- Prepare and present tailored freight forwarding solutions.

- Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms with clients.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

- Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.

Requirements:

• Experience:

- Minimum 3–5 years in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.

• Education:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines (preferred).

• Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge:

- Familiarity with freight forwarding operations and international trade regulations is a plus.
