Job Summary:

Ensure the smooth operations required at the front line operations in food service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all of the following is ready for service 15 minutes before meal times in terms of food served according to the menu planned, food garnishing, counter temperature, food displays, serving gears, merchandising posters, and price tags.

Requirements:

· Degree in Architecture

· Min. 3 years of project working experience in Singapore

· Experienced with entire project processes including authorities submission & site inspections

· Able to manage various project types independently

· Liaise and communicate closely with clients' reps, consultants & contractors

· Proficient in AutoCAD & Adobe Suite softwares

· Skills- project management, contract administration, design, & presentation

Job scope:

· Independently ensure the achievement design intent whilst complying with various technical requirements from external bodies or, with regard to approved major architectural projects, through various project stages to its completion.

· Produce architectural drawings as directed by the Directors & as required for the project, in an effective, efficient & professional manner.

· Assist in the design presentation of architectural projects.

• Support the event sales team in day-to-day tasks.
• Create documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Use design tools like Canva and AI platforms such as ChatGPT to enhance event materials.
• Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics.

Summary:

• Provide support and manage project

• Follow up with clients in timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.

• Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

• Manage delivery of the project according to project plan.

• Track project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

• Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.

• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

• At least 1 year experience in handling software projects

• Good understanding of programming , new technology trends / applications etc and with .basic cybersecurity & network knowledge.

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access

• Able work independently and with other both indoor and outdoor locations

• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment

• Able to work with deadlines and pressure

• Good working attitude and self-motivated

* Able to provide design and supporting product materials to the Sales Managers

* At least three (3) years working experience in Auto-Cad Design in Engineering/Construction

* Prefer with Engineering/Construction Diploma/Degree

* Training will be provided
