Role:

• Ensure the highest level of member experience with your personal finesse and proactiveness.
• Highlight specials and provide menu recommendations, take orders, and attend to special requests.
• Engage with members, guests, and the team.
• Set up tables and side stations and deliver the highest level of service and attentiveness to our guests.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Support the recruitment team by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Use job boards, social media, and networking to source high-quality candidates for various roles
• Oversee interview schedules, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and timelines
• Track recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates, to evaluate hiring efficiency
• Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal standards
• Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and propose innovative solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a recruitment team
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Supervise project work on various site
• Manage project schedule efficiently
• Review M & E Drawings
• Follow up on drawing discrepancies
• Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation
• Ensure smooth progress of works on site and timely completion
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project related matter

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical in any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project)
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Well versed in local building projects will be an advantage.
• Strong design capability, high level of creativity and good presentation skills and project management.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit and/or ArchiCAD.
• Minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
• Master or Bachelor of Architecture equipvalent (Recognised by BOA Singapore).
• Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm.
• Location: Central, Singapore
