Basic Administrative Tasks for Project Coordination

• Organising and filing of documents
• Create and update records in database ( Updating new projects / contracts or alteration of current contracts )
• Job scheduling and monitoring
• Coordination between office and outdoor technicians
• Support new projects - communciate and update status of work with customers
• Assist in submitting work documentation to customers as and when required
• Application of Permit To Work / Check on status of said permit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Able to craft and reply emails.

Customer and Client Relations

• Handle inquiries and maintain good communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking service deadlines and liaising with customer and outfield technicians to meet service requirements.
• Coordinate with outfield technicians and other office staff to support customer's administrative needs.
• Assist in the organization and management of contract / related documents.
