About the role:

The OA role has the responsibility to support vessel day to day operations such as:

Assist the Vessel Operations Superintendent as instructed and ensuring deck plan for project equipment is ready including assisting the VOS with mobilisation and demobilisation activities in an efficient and timely manner. • Review equipment Installation structural / piping drawings for mobilisation and demobilisation. Ensure compliance to the inventory required for project specific tools with vessel equipment.

• Organise board meetings and ensure relevant documents are distributed to the Directors and Stakeholders.
• Liaising with the Board of Directors & Stakeholders on meetings and announcements.
• Managing and drafting of all corporate confidential documents, inclusive legal agreements, engagement contracts, ACRA filing, meeting minutes, board resolutions, annual report. Meeting presentation deck.
• Compile and close monitoring of all statutory licences for the company.
• Support both the CEO & President on all administrative task and to follow thru with the relevant stakeholders timely.
• Managing the CEO & President’s calendar and to make travel plan, booking and meeting event appointment appropriately.
• Organized and co-ordinate on any company events when required.
• Arrange, co-ordinate and as the point of contact for visitors and statutory agencies visiting to site, inclusive receiving and networking with them.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Daily uploading Assets from One Motoring (PPSL)

• De Registration & Lay Up via LTA Link

• Uploading Disposal Documents via LTA Link

• Daily transfer of vehicle ownership for Retail and Wholesale

• Monitor road tax inspection and expiry date

• Monitor Assets Encashment

• Accurately de-registered or lay up cars for wholesale vehicles

• Ensure to transfer vehicle ownership for Retail and Wholesale vehicles

• Ensure all disposal documents are uploaded

• Follow up on deregistered vehicles with Wholesale Department on rebates

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words

• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations

- Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues

- Manage month-end and year-end closing

- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department

- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records

- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives

- Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets

- Ensure compliance with the law

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.

- Five years or more of related experience required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Has a good command of English, with both written and oral communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork

- 5.5 days work per week; Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm; Sat: 9am-1pm
