Job Description - Key Responsibilities
● Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
● Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
● Provide excellent customer service. Address client inquiries and complaints promptly.
● Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
● Assist the Manager in maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory record for all Kitchen supplies and ingredients.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
● Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and avoid shortages or overstocks.
● Ensure timely and accurate ordering of required ingredients and kitchen materials.
● Contribute to preparation of reports on inventory usage, order history, and stock levels, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
● Arrange Event
● Answer to appointment call
● Coordinate and arrange VIP room appointment
● Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
● Related experience as an operation executive or in a similar role.
● Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team.
● Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
● Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
● Own the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.
● Open to Public candidates.
