The role of Associate Director for Retail is responsible for driving sales growth by managing relationships with intermediary/distribution partners, delivering service excellence leveraging on the company’s capabilities and market insights to meet/exceed FUM and flows target. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Actively participate and assist the head of department (HOD) to develop the organisation’s distribution strategy
• Execute the organisation’s intermediary distribution strategy in Singapore as part of group strategy

• Able to work independently to expand distribution network, deepen relationships and drive new sales flows

• Able to speak other languages for majority parent community like Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
