Responsibilities:
• D/L report and update daily sales revenue on Sales Board
• Filing of invoices
• Liaise with customers and suppliers for deliveries and collections
• Input orders and create invoices in the Accounting Management System (AMS)
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics departments for customers' food processing orders
• Receive, check and update discrepancies for cash collections from Logistics department
• Receive, check and update discrepancies for cash collections from company's retail outlets
• Create cash sales in AMS for all company retail outlets
• Update sales summary spreadsheets for all company retail outlets
• Retrieve invoices and create receipts/deposits in AMS for all customer types
• Prepare daily Sales Report and send to the Management
• Prepare bank deposits and cheques for bank-in, cash vouchers, receipts for payment, and supplier payment reports.
• Update stock in RedMart and company's e-commerce portals
• Key in online customers' and RedMart orders in company WhatsApp groups and create invoices in AMS
• Prepare mid-month and month-end stock-take reports
• Prepare stock analysis reports when required
• Coordinate with external warehouses
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Administration, or Office Management
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
• Ability to observe discretion and confidentiality
