Operational Support:

• Coordinate and prioritize team activities to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

•Drive EH&S initiatives, promote EHS awareness, and monitor compliance within the team.

Performance Metrics:

•Collaborate with the Account Manager to track and improve KPIs such as productivity, field expenses, and Aftermarket Service Sales revenue/margins.

Scope of Services:

Project Overview

This research project aims to grasp dynamic changes in hotel capital investments and their influences on tourism-related local businesses before, during, and after the pandemic on two geographic scales -- region (Asia-Pacific) and city (Singapore). • Examining the significance of sustainable development attributes in explaining the spatial distribution of new hotel development projects across selected cities in the Asia-Pacific region;
• Estimating the influences of new hotel development projects on the establishment of tourism-small business enterprises within and around hotel districts in Singapore; and
