About the Role

The Role

• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly, and courteous service.
• Maintain high standard of hygiene of front and back of the house.
• Check quality and maintain freshness of products.
• Assist customers in preparation and selection of products.
• Ensure good display of products.
• Minimise product wastage.
• Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
• Maximise sales and profitability of the department.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Clinical Project Managers with administrative tasks, documentation, and budget management.
• Maintain and manage electronic Trial Master Files (eTMFs).
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with vendor creation, invoice tracking, and logistical support for clinical trials.
• Help organize meetings and support the preparation of clinical study materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years of clinical trials administration experience.
• Familiar with GCP, eTMF systems, and trial management tools.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
