Role Overview: As an Assistant Event Planner you will be reporting and working

together with the Senior Event Manager to develop, build and run various events and

campaigns for the brand, both internal and external on top of other adhoc marketing

activities. The role is a collaborative one where new ideas and event concepts can be

trialled and tested to see what works in each space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Event Manager in project management and operations of various events
• Sourcing for potential vendors
• Liaising and working with hired vendors for the various events
• Building project timelines and executing events accordingly
• Managing project budgets
• Proofing and checking all event collaterals
• Being onsite on occasion to manage event setup and teardown and making sure the event runs smoothly
