Requirements:

• Diploma or its equivalent or relevant ITE Certificates.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Retails, Offices and Other Commercial Interior Fit-out coordination.
• Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resource planning and on-site operations
• Good knowledge of design, detailing, M&E services, Building Control Act and subsidiary legislations applicable statutory codes and regulations

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the taking of quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Tendering and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, Cost Estimate, Cost Control and Budgeting
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Purchasing of materials and project related items
• Project administration and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Work on delicate Radar System for preventive and corrective maintenance on sites.
• Execute maintenance tasks within the committed TAT, Ops availability and good quality
• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities
• Perform maintenance activities and ensure tasks are performed accordingly to requirements
• Monitor and activate replenishment of consumables at reorder level
• Schedule and perform calibration of tools and equipment
• Provide inputs and prepare documentation required to complete job
• Manage inventory of authority furnished spares
• Perform housekeeping
• Response to customers’ requirements

Location: Tuas Naval Base

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Normal Office Hours (Standby Required)

Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,000 + Bonus

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Engineering in Electronics or equivalent
• Knowledge of EO/Radar maintenance experience would be advantageous
• Able to perform 24/7 stand by
• Able to work at height and do not have height phobia
• Good team player and yet able to work independently.
• Valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous.
