• Report and assist Project Manager(PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals
• Monitor project development schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of a program, project or function, including developing short and long-range goals, objectives and budgets, coordinating activities with other Contractors;
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met;

Key support role within Bitcoin mining machines management, providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

1. Define the project objectives, scope, deliverables and timelines

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and create project plans.
2. Assist with various aspects of project execution and act as the point of contact for all participants.
3. Monitor and closely track projects' progress and ensure all tasks meet project specifications.
4. Help prepare project status reports and handle project-related paperwork, ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
5. Coordinate and schedule project team meetings and take minutes.
6. Provide support in the execution of activities and in monitoring the execution of project work plans.
7. Ensure project activities are realistic and adequately scheduled, monitored, and reported.
8. Assist in the coordination/organization of relevant training and the provision of support.
9. Record keeping for meetings, taking detailed notes, and maintaining records of project
10. Perform other related duties as required.

Required/Preferred Skills:

• Certificate in DEGREE in Accounting or other relevant certificate in Mathematics, Statistics & Information Sciences (Science & Technology), Information & Communication Technology
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to work both independently and/or within a team environment
• Up to 30% of world-wide travelling would be required

Salary:

$5,000- $6,000 per month

Responsibilities

· Assist Test Engineers in leading and supporting Test Technicians for all test-related activities for Server & Rack products in production.

· Support PXE Server configuration and basic troubleshooting for test processes.

· Perform and maintain the server run-in, burn-in, and power test processes under the guidance of Test Engineers.

· Test, analyze, and perform preliminary troubleshooting of production failures; escalate unresolved issues to Test Engineers.

· Liaise with Test Engineers to implement and maintain test programs and configurations.

· Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and efficiency.

· Update and maintain test records and documentation, including Working Instructions and master lists.

· Provide basic training and mentoring to Test Technicians on test procedures and troubleshooting techniques.

· Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and assist in production ramp-up.

· Participate in ISO-related activities (implementation and maintenance).

Requirements

· Diploma in Engineering / Nitec with 2–4 years of relevant experience in testing and debugging in a manufacturing environment.

· Good understanding of test methods, processes, and concepts.

· Basic knowledge of programming and debugging skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and supervisors.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

· Willingness to perform shift work as required.

· Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and support continuous improvements.
