Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including client’s chat, over the various channels such as Telegram/Whatsapp/Instagram/Facebook chats and email, embodying the values of BeFound in every interaction.
• Support clients’ skincare journey and build strong relationships by understanding their skincare needs and replying to their enquiries promptly.
• Resolving client issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations and build brand satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, contributing ideas and insights to support our mission and values.
• Proactively seeking feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is a MUST.
• Passion for skincare, makeup, and beauty education.
• Having a heart for people takes the initiative to go the extra mile in delighting our clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Empathetic and patient demeanour, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns.

• Able to work rotating weeks shifts (Mondays to Saturdays, Tuesdays to Saturdays)

• Perform receiving of incoming shipment from overseas and local suppliers.
• Perform 100% inspection of incoming goods.
• Perform basic quality inspection for inoming goods.
• Update receiving status using hand-held PDA.
• Perform put-away of cargoes for incoming shipment using hand-held PDA.
• Assist in pick and pack of outbound orders.
• Assist in issuing of outbound orders to drivers.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as clearing away packing material and debris.
• Other warehouse activities.

Work in an aesthetic & surgery clinic along Orchard Road. Only for Singaporeans. Regular hours, 5.5 days, rare overtime. Assist 1 doctor in registration, reception, chaperone, treatments & surgery. No prior experience needed. No ill patients. No need to wear uniform. Able to speak more languages greatly valued. Enjoy interaction with clients. Trial of work at $80 per weekday or $50 for Saturday - for you to get to know us & for us to get to know you. Probation for 3 months. Monthly salary more than $2400 (including daily lunch allowance).
