Attachment Description
The Administration Manager is to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will work with a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in the company.
The Administrative Manager will develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Observe and improve company structure, and SOP .
2. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
3. Facilitating communication throughout with company and clients
4. Implement and execute company's policies.
5. Oversee and improvise on company's daily operations
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Ability to manage relationships with suppliers, clients, negotiating contracts and resolving disputes.
2. Familiarity with inventory management software and tools for document management, scheduling, and project tracking.
3. Strong understanding of retail processes and terminolog to effectively support the operations.
