Roles & Responsibilities

The Logistics Assistant (LA) reports to the CS/Executive and is responsible for the followings:

1.1 Comply to all safety, security, traffic regulations, PSA regulations and other government regulations

1.2 Perform daily warehouse operations activities for all accounts – Shipments, Inbound, Put Away, Relocation, Picking, Packing and Outbound in a timely and orderly manner

1.3 Ensure handle Vehicles are according to SOPs, customers’ requirements and safe work practices

1.4 Port clearance inspection checks with defects recorded and ensure all vehicles are checked; Bring relevant documents for Port clearance such as car list, Permits, etc. Report to PSA the number of head count working at PPAT and abide to their rules and regulation. 1.5 Tally chassis number against vehicle list and check on vehicles for defects and submit defect report with photos to in-charge promptly
