What you'll do:

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing travel itineraries and facilitating video and audio conferences. You will also be responsible for creating and updating documents using various Microsoft Office tools. • Provide consistent level of Admin support across teams following the Administration Assistants Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Manage Outlook Calendar scheduling and meeting bookings for Exec’s and teams; coordinate the arrangement of facilities such as meeting rooms, equipment, food & beverage etc.
