• Operate and maintain baking equipment (e.g., ovens, mixers, proofers) safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes and instructions the head baker provides to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to the required standard.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure freshness and taste.
• Decorate and present finished products attractively.
• Assist in the organization and management of inventory, including ingredients and packaging materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas after use.
• Assist in packaging and labeling baked goods for sale.

Job Requirement:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is often sufficient. Vocational training or coursework in baking can be advantageous.
• While some bakeries prefer candidates with prior experience, many are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a passion for baking and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques, attention to detail, ability to follow recipes accurately, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent customer service abilities are essential.
• The role often requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift heavy items, at least 4 to 5 hours at day.

Job Description

• To assist in the daily function of an Architect in design; design development and administration of the Architectural projects.
• Assist the Architect in Concept and Schematic design stage including research; conceptualizing; presentation and design development of architectural projects.
• Assist the Architect in production of drawing for onward submission to Authority, and procurement of Contractor.
• Submit and obtain required Authority Approval under supervision of the Architect.
• Assist the Architect in administration of construction projects leading to its completion.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia
• Able to work independently
• Well versed with AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Sketchup/ REVIT a strong advantage
• Good working attitude, proactive and hardworking.
• Good command of English
