Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of baristas and assistant managers to ensure smooth café operations.
• Guide the team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable coffee, tea, and food experiences.
• Serve as a skilled barista, creating specialty beverages while sharing your knowledge with customers and staff.
• Oversee the cafés profitability and handle all financial matters efficiently and accurately.
• Manage inventory, including beverages, food, and merchandise, ensuring quality and availability.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized café environment.
• Promote sustainability practices and share these values with customers and the team.
• Monitor the overall appearance and upkeep of the café.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O Level/N Level or equivalent preferred
• No experience required, training will be provided.
• Background as a barista is advantageous but not required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,300 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Islandwide
• Working Days: 5 Days' Shift Work

Job Scope:

• Handle general Accounting duties (issuing of cheque payments, invoices, delivery order, purchase order, bookkeeping);
• Assist in quarterly GST submission & annual corporate tax submission;
• Monthly bank reconciliation;
• Manage accounts receivables (AR);
• Provide general admin support in carpark maintenance and other related tasks;
• Attend to walk-ins and incoming calls;
• Control & Handling of stock inventory;
• Data Entry, photocopying/ scanning/ filing of documents;
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior and the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” Level or equivalent qualification certificates
• At least 1.5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position and must be able to carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic Accounting knowledge an advantage
• Required skill(s): Proficient knowledge of using Excel or any Accounting Software.
• Ability to commence work immediately or at short notice
• Singaporean/PR/Malaysian
• Able to communicate effective in English and Chinese
