Responsibilities
· Assisting manager with preparation of the full spectrum of corporate accounting and billing function
· Assisting manager with preparation of the full spectrum of vessel accounting function
· Preparation of monthly payments to vendors and reimbursement of expense claims
· Performing monthly bank reconciliations
· Preparation of all necessary supporting documents for auditing purposes
· Supporting managers on projects
· Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
· Polytechnic /Diploma in accountancy or LCCI diploma in accountancy or equivalent
· 1 - 3 years related experience is preferred
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Well versed with MS excel and word
· Detailed oriented and able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines and goals
· Good written and interpersonal communication skills
