Job Responsibilities

• Assist in various warehouse operational task (such as Pick & Pack), including, stock count & general housekeeping duties.
• Move goods around the warehouse.
• Conducting regular inventory checks, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labelling products according to delivery order/packing list.
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Fork out, clear away, and stack empty pallets.
• Adhering to safety management standards.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Proper handling of stocks & official document.
• Taking full responsibility and urgency in tasks given.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Meticulous and physically fit to carry heavy items.
• Organized and able to follow instructions closely.
• Able to work well with others in a team and individually.
• Able to commit OT hours whenever necessary.
• Minimum Nitec in Inventory Management or Logistic with 1 year related experience
• Possess forklift licenses is an advantage.
• Able to converse in Chinese with the team.
• Work location is in the west of Singapore.

• Collaborate with Business Units during their reorganization, offering guidance on manpower requests.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR manpower planning and organizational development within a commercial setting, demonstrating proficiency in handling organizational dynamics issues and successfully executing enterprise-level change programs.
• Capable of working autonomously, effectively managing competing priorities, and performing well under pressure.
