As an Assistant Manager in Digital Transformation, your role involves designing and developing clients’ journey maps to visualize and enhance the end-to-end experience from the clients’ perspective. You will review and analyse existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and pain points, and propose digital-first solutions to streamline operations. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you ensure that transformation initiatives align with business objectives, ultimately improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your work is crucial in driving continuous improvement through innovative approaches to digital transformation.
A. JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and develop customer journey maps to visualize the end-to-end experience from the client’s perspective.
2. Identify touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improving client interactions.
3. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that journey maps align with business objectives.productivity and efficiency.
4. Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation where applicable.
6. Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring alignment and smooth communication during the transformation process.
7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress of digital transformation initiatives.
8. Engage with employees and customers to gather insights on existing pain points in business processes.
9. Develop and propose solutions, leveraging digital tools and platforms, to address pain points.
10. Recommend and implement new technologies or methodologies to enhance business processes and customer journeys continuously.
11. Ability to lead and manage software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to requirements, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
12. Provide support to any other IT projects or duties as assigned.
B. JOB HOLDER’S REQUIREMENT
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related subject area with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
• Strong in IT business processes, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong in soliciting information and communicating requirements with users and vendors
• Manage internal and external stakeholders independently
