Job Requirements:

• For the Research Assistant position, the candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in either material science or applied physics or relevant subject from well-established universities/institutes.
• The candidates must be highly motivated in multidisciplinary research. He/she must have proven experience in Quantum materials.
• The candidate should possess abilities to work independently as well as teamwork.

Job Description:

• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, Petty cash, Fixed Assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing for financial reporting and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits during audit process.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned by the management.
• Ensure payments are properly accounted for and promptly updated in the system.
• Assist with preparation of financial statement for the company.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MYOB Accounting Software
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English & Mandarin
