The Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant reports to the Accountant to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. • Support the company’s sustainability goals by sourcing eco-friendly and sustainable materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers to reduce environmental impact in the supply chain.

Requirements:

• ** Applicable to Singaporeans only due to quota limitations
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• For Procurement Executive: 2-3 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
• For Procurement Assistant: 1-2 years of relevant experience or entry-level candidates with a strong interest in procurement.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or other procurement software).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred) for liaising with suppliers.
