You will monitor, engage and respond to listener enquiries, where providing excellent customer service is key; Picking up on different softwares to clip out radio audio or upload podcasts; and Weekly updating of the station's website.

They work closely with all departments, oversee the Customer Service Team by assisting with phone duties and managing funeral parlours, and ensure the Operations Team adheres to company policies and processes. Additionally, they assist the Human Resources Team with talent recruitment and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of management experience
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Possess class 3 driver license
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
