Key Responsibilities

Dispensary Assistant:

• Dispensing and packing medications according to prescriptions
• Facilitating delivery agent pickups
• Restocking medications
• Ad hoc dispensary tasks as required

Clinic Operations Executive:

• Upholding dispensing accuracy, medication handling and quality control protocols
• Scheduling medication deliveries
• Managing and liaising with courier partners
• Overseeing Packer team
• Dispensing and packing medications according to prescriptions
• Facilitating delivery agent pickups
• Ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, GCE 'A' or 'O' or ‘N’ levels, fresh graduates are welcome
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Relevant experience in packing roles or in the healthcare industry will be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.
• Assist in liaison work with internal production units and external companies.
• Work with the production team to prepare/break down the finalized scripts for production. This includes arranging/scheduling and attending production meetings, location scouting, audition/casting meetings, set design meetings and script reads/rehearsals with the talents.
• Assist the producer on location/in studio during production with regards to crew, cast or crowd control. Requisition for props and costumes. Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming.
• Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production.
• Help with all duties/follow up for post-production which includes dialogue dubbing, VFX, roller credits etc.

Qualifications

• A' Levels or Diploma in Media related studies.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Production or Production related environment (TV or Film)
• Able and willing to work irregular hours.
• Able to speak, read and write Chinese in order to communicate with the Chinese departments and personnel.

The Technician will work with IME researchers and STMicroelectronics engineers within the collaboration project. This is a great opportunity to learn and start your semiconductor career.

Duties and Responsibilities

Tool Operation

• Learn more than two tools at LiF such as CMP, Furnace, Ovens, CVDs, Vapor etchers, Wet etchers, and metrologies to be an independent user.
• Perform the SPC of the tools and report the results to the LiF Program Manager.

Process Integration

• Provide wafer processing support to project Process Integrators using the tools.
• Track the lots and report the progress to the Process Integrators.
• Log joint/sole projects in Teams (share point) and track during the review/approval stage
• Support material ship-in/out between LiF and IME or LiF and collaborators’ sites.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in MicroElectronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
• Must be a team worker, dependable and highly motivated.
• Basic understanding on semiconductor process is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor processes (Diffusion, Wet Clean, CMP, ECP, Litho, Etch, CVD, PVD, etc.) will be added advantages.

· Move inventory and materials across facilities

· Process inventory for delivery

· Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location

· Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

· Stack and organize large bulk items

· Update logs and documentation for inventory processing

· Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory

· Able to operate reach truck

· Must have forklift licence
