Job Opening - Assistant Trade Analyst

The candidate will be required to perform the following duties:

Ø Organize, coordinate, and take part in promotional activities, such as trade show pavilions, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and advertisement campaigns.

Ø Coordinate negotiations with potential Singaporean partners (importers, agents, suppliers, etc.) for Italian counterparts and database updating and draft related documents.

Ø Organize events, coordinate production, media relations and PR agencies.

Ø Coordinate Social Media communication and digital marketing.

Ø Perform public relations activities including contacts with local authorities and business representatives.

Ø Assist in managing and supervising budget and accounting reporting on the projects performed.

Ø Conduct market analysis, perform research projects and monitor product sector assigned.

Ø Implement basic and customized services being responsible for the quality of services rendered.

Ø Provide prompt assistance, to Italian and Singaporean companies willing to establish and/or strengthen their business ties.

Ø Carry out any assigned administrative task required to prepare the ground for the above-mentioned activities.

Ø Interact and respond to inquiries of Italian companies, under the coordination of the Director and/or Deputy Director

Minimum requirements:

Ø Singapore citizens or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);

Ø Proficiency in English, written and oral.

Ø University graduate in Economics and/or Business Administration and/or Marketing and/or Law and/or Communications and/or Engineering and/or Information Technology

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Ø Not being convicted of any criminal offense and not having any pending criminal proceedings against him in Singapore or in other countries

Ø Tax residence in Singapore

Candidates lacking even one of the above-listed requirements will not be considered.

Preferential requirements:

Moreover, preference will be given to candidates with the following additional skills and qualifications:

Ø Knowledge of the Italian language.

Ø A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Singapore commercial sector, in Government agencies and/or procurement offices related to business and trade;

Experience in a similar role with Italian entities and/or companies based in Singapore, and/or previous experience with Industry Associations in Singapore

Contract Period:

• 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025

Deployment:

• Mon to Thurs: 7.00 am to 4.15 pm (Incl. 45 Mins lunch Break)
• Fri: 7.00 am to 3.45 pm (Incl. 45 Mins lunch Break)
• Service not required on Sat, Sun, and PH's

Scope of Works:

Administrative duties will generally include:

1. Manning the front desk to answer queries from public, parents and students
2. Handling of incoming and outgoing letters, packages, and deliveries
3. Handling all incoming calls to the school
4. Issuing of Graduation Certificates and Academic certificates to students
5. Updating students’ and staff attendance
6. Maintaining internal facility bookings in the Campus
7. Maintaining school internal calendar
8. Assisting in the photocopying of school materials
9. Assisting in the transport arrangements/confirmation for CCA and/or events
10. Assisting in office admin such as updating organisation chart and honour rolls, office equipment maintenance, ordering fruit baskets, preparation/setup of events venue, replenishing first aid box, stationery, sanitisers, tissue boxes etc
11. Attending to emergency cases by calling for emergency ambulance services when directed
12. Any other duties assigned by Admin Manager or supervising officers

IT ASSISTANT

Qualifications

· Fresh ITE Graduate / IT Diploma with knowledge in design, PHP, CSS, HTML and CMS is a plus.

· Maintain hardware and software of in-house systems;

· Able to handle Windows/Server administration;

· Website and graphics design;

· Multi media savvy;

· Well versed in MS Office;

· Positive attitude

· Reporting to IT Administrator

Responsibilities

1. Monitor system performance and ensure network, system, and endpoint security

2. Maintain internal applications such as door access , parking, telephony systems

3. Maintain CCTV and WIFI system network

4. Provide end-users and customers remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issue

5. Track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

6. Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, floor plan and technical documentation

7. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

5.5 day week (excluding public holidays).

We have medical & dental benefits, medical leave and annual leave encashment, and also REVENUE sharing. Salary S$1,800 ~ 2,200pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.
• Sales and Enrolment Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and increase enrolment.Conduct outreach to potential students and their families through various channels, including phone calls and emails. Provide information about our tuition programs, courses, and schedules to interested parents. Guide parents through the enrolment process, including registration, payment, and scheduling.
• Centre Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their child's enrolment. Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, attendance, and payments using our database systems.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, managing student records, and preparing reports as needed. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operation of classes and timely communication with parents regarding student progress. Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Reporting: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.
• Collaboration: You will be workin closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.

Work locations and timings

• You will be required to travel between our various outlets (Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan) based on roster schedule and commit to the work schedule of 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Review submissions submitted throughout the global hubs by junior analysts
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to provide exception management reporting and Management Information System (MIS) reporting
• Perform quality reviews and reviews of procedures and processes
