• Analyse target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing approaches that resonate with Vitasoy's audience.

4. Brand Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the Vitasoy brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Monitor Vitasoy brand performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

5. Campaign Management:

• Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for Vitasoy products, incorporating digital, print, events, and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse results to refine future initiatives.

6. Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with internal teams at Vitasoy, including Sales, Global Marketing, Regulatory, Product Development, Finance, and Production fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Collaborate effectively with external partners, such as distributors in different geographies and marketing partners/agencies, to maximize Vitasoy's market reach and product availability.

7. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget for Vitasoy, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
• Provide regular budget updates and reports specifically tailored to Vitasoy's financial objectives.

8. Commercial Planning and Market Research:

• Formulate and execute targeted commercial sales & marketing plans for Vitasoy products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research within the tofu and beverage industry, to inform and optimise marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven minimum 5 years experience in commercial/ sales/ marketing roles within the FMCG industry, with a track record of successful product launches and market expansion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data within the context of the plant-based product market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing marketing teams and projects, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
