Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations effectively. This role involves ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and distribution processes while upholding safety and operational standards. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, leading teams, and contributing to the efficiency of the company's supply chain.

Location: Pandan area, West region.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards.
• Implement operational and safety policies, procedures, and security measures to protect staff, inventory, and facilities.
• Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment while managing equipment maintenance schedules.
• Act as the Company's Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including inventory records.
• Motivate, mentor, and discipline staff to foster a productive and engaged workforce.
• Assist with deliveries when necessary and handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Education: Degree or higher.
• Language: Proficiency in simple Japanese is preferred due to the nature of the company's operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse management procedures, inventory controls, and IT systems.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
• Valid driving license and forklift operation skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
