Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Foster positive tenant relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard occupants and property assets.
• Conduct regular safety drills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices within the properties.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and budget adherence.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Facilities Management / Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates that is able to start work within short notice / immediate will be highly preferred
