• Perform customer due diligence checks (Know Your Client) and onboarding for all new clients and continuous due diligence review for existing clients
• Preparation of documents relating to the setting up of companies, Singapore branches
• Drafting of directors’ resolutions, such as change of directors and/or secretary, opening and closing of bank accounts, acceptance of banking facilities
• Preparation and filing of transactions in relation to client matters with ACRA including XBRL filing & IRAS (E-stamping)
• Keeping track and ensuring that confidential documents in both hard and soft copy are filled properly
• Cost calculation
• Monthly accounting duties including generation of vouchers and G / L
• Generation of Balance Sheet and P&L statement
• Identification and application of governmental grants
• Payroll processing, CPF and tax filing and generation of IR8A form
• Regular reimbursements review and petty cash management
• Preparation of payments
• Other ad-hoc duties when required

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the preparation of operations documents, timely updates WMS and provide support in general logistics administrative functions, coordination between warehouse and transportation, communicating to customer.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo

• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.

• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.

• SAP/WMS, timely updating

• Track & Trace shipping details with Forwarding agents

• Weekly Cycle Count report

• Ensuring Quality of all customer services meet the required standard. Updating of shipment / Domestic deliveries status.

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Good in Excel

• Minimum local poly or Diploma with 1 years’ experience in logistics coordinator or related logistics industry

• Experience in WMS system

• Preferred with experience in permit declaration for dutiable goods
