Education

Bachelor degree in Communication Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or other related disciplines.

Experience

• Degree in marketing, communications or business with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with related healthcare operational experience may also be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media platforms.
• Prior experience in healthcare operations/marketing/digital agency would be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and project management skills.
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for analysing and improving operations.
• Energetic, driven, adaptable, has good initiative and is able to multi-task and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed team player and leader with good leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different levels of staff within and across institutions.

• Diary management, including organizing internal or external meetings
• Coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding work
• Providing support including request handling for application access and obtaining necessary approval for business activities
• Recording client meeting in Compass, registering event in Global Event Management System for client and creating road show for business traveler
• Preparing supporting document for Travel and Expenses reimbursement report and follow up action
• Booking and providing necessary arrangements and documents for business travel
• Managing Office supplies
• Providing ad hoc administrative support
• Ability to support at least 27 bankers

What you'll need to succeed

• Executive assistant with Banking/Financial Services or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience supporting multiple directors with administrative tasks and related duties is highly advantageous
