Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain proper filing of documents for record keeping
• Ensure accurate data updating and maintenance of information in system
• Liaise closely with internal and external customers/vendors to ensure timely executive of jobs
• Learn about different line and staff functions, operations and management
• General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/LCCI/A Level or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office Application such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with internal and external customers/vendors
• Versatile & detailed, self-motivated, proactive, pleasant personality with positive disposition
• Independent, highly organised, resourceful, highly committed individual whom possesses good time management
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Working experience in warehousing & logistics industry is an added advantage
• Singaporean/PR only
• Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
• Experience is not a must
