Responsibilities

• Prepare packing materials; safely pack, unpack, and move goods.
• Accompany the driver for islandwide deliveries.
• Manage shipments in and out of the warehouse.
• For inbound cargo: Accurately receive and sort incoming shipments; store goods as per WMS work orders.
• For outbound cargo: Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for local or external deliveries as per WMS work orders.
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Maintain inventory control and ensure high-quality standards for audits.
• Keep the work environment clean, safe, and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies promptly.
• Adhere to quality service standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Comply with standard operating and safety procedures when handling goods and using equipment.
• Perform additional logistics tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Rotational of duties i.e. delivery assistant or warehouse assistant.
• Able to perform overtime per operations requirement
• This position requires the ability to lift 10 -15kg(approx.) merchandise as well as the need to stand for long period of time
• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
• Preferably have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge
• Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually
• Follow all SOP and company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere.

Job Description:

• Assist the Chief Engineer in the daily operation, facilitate effective repair and maintenance of the Hotel Asset
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Engineering and Maintenance operations in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees
• Support Guest experience through programmed maintenance of the Hotel in all areas from Public Areas to Guest rooms

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably with experience in hotel, building facilities, or construction maintenance
• At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Highly organized, and decisive, with the ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines and changing priorities
• Excellent leadership, teamwork skills, and a high level of initiative
• Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work

Responsibilities：

• In charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle including preparing and posting of job descriptions, interviewing, and handling on / off-boarding
• Process employee data in the HRIS system and monthly payroll to ensure its accuracy
• Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of subordinates in the HR department
