• Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the restaurant
• Manage ongoing marketing and promotions at the restaurant

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related studies, or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management
• Worked in the Japanese Omaskase for minimum 1 year
• Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service
• Willingness to work in a fast pace enviroment
• Good interpersonal skills and able to perform in a team
