The Opportunity

• Holds responsibility for performing basic tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive-level employees of the organization, and is recognized as the top administrative employee in the department or division.
• Manage appointments scheduling, meetings, and events for executives, maintaining their calendars, and sending reminders, and assists in reserving conference rooms, setting up audio-visual equipment, and preparing meeting materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the group
• Handling of queries and conducting centre visits to potential prospective leads
• Input data on ECDA website (E.g. register for Teacher’s LON)
• Put up claims or expenses for the centre
• Prepare financial and centre reports (E.g. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report, etc)
• Liaise with parents
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in any administrative role, preferably in Preschool Environment
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable to learn new systems and technologies
• Able to multitask and work within the deadline
• Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable liaising with parents through various communication platforms
• Able to work independently
• A good team player

Responsbilities:

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.
• Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
• Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts
• Maintain client data and reports, such as: contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc

• Perform data entry and update information regularly to ensure accuracy of database
